| Denise Sidhu joined Kernel Capital in 2001, she is Head of Compliance and Company Secretary. Denise holds in excess of 15 years experience in Senior Financial Roles in both domestic and international tier 1 Financial Institutions.
Denise was previously the Head of Finance at Ulster Bank Commercial Services Ltd, prior to which she was Manager of Finance and Compliance with Standard Bank Trust Jersey Limited and Financial Controller of the Bank of Nova Scotia, Channel Islands.
Denise has a Bsc from Cork Institute of Technology and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland.
